Accounting Job Title: Project Accountant

To study and understand each contract’s commercial terms and conditions and ensure compliance

To monitor and control fit-out budget of each hotel

To process payment related to consultants and contractors related to various hospitality projects

Monitor, Control the Contract Management Module of JD Edwards while inputting entries into the system

Produce periodic accounting reports on Capital Work in Progress related to Hospitality projects through JD Edwards

Prepare various accounting schedules viz. WIP, Retention, advances on monthly basis related to hospitality projects

Produce contract status report on periodical reports from the JDE relating to Development Projects

Periodical Reconciliation of WIP account in Financial Accounting system

Reconciliation of Consultant/Supplier accounts

The Person:

The job holder needs to be CA/CPA/ with around 1-2 years experience

High degree of analytical skills, accounting back ground and commercial acumen are essential attributes for the job

Needs to possess forecasting skills
