Accounting Job Title: Marketing Controller

Our client, a well know international group with a portofolio of very famous FMCG brands, is seeking a Marketing Controller in order to join their financial team in Dubai.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for ensuring transparency and economic efficiency and effectiveness of local marketing activities, launches & relaunches and category roll outs.

Responsible for the planning, monitoring and reporting processes and for the approval process of key activities.

You will support the local marketing management and acts as a sparring partner, drives the evaluation of potential category roll outs and improvements of the launch and relaunch processes.

The link between Finance and Marketing and defines for all key activities in the scope (performance indicator, frequency), the process and the system. He/she defines standards for economic evaluation (business plans).

The ideal candidate is graduated in Finance (BA,MBA) with three years controlling experience in a multinational FMCG company.

Substantial understanding of Marketing & Sales is a must.

Working experience in the Middel East is of great advantage. Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
