Role Statement:

The Manager will be a business partner to the functional Heads (General Manager, Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing and Retail) and a key member of the management team. In this role he will provide decision support for the business such as profitability studies, forecasting and planning, investment decision analysis, operating performance analysis, operating expense control and analysis.

Job Description/Specifications:

-Overseeing the financial management, recording and reporting.
-Responsible for budgeting and forecasting
-Supporting senior managers in making strategic investment and operating decisions.
-Preparing management reporting package
-Supporting capital expenditure proposals and annual business plan and budget preparation.
-Providing support in Navision implementation.
-All store – level financial reporting
-Preparing specific analyses for the Top Management on various profitability initiatives
-Managing the Accounts team
-Administering incentive plans
-Provide ongoing and ad hoc analysis to ensure the most useful, current, and actionable information is available to management.
-Oversee various types of financial reporting necessary to evaluate stores i.e., standard and special weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting utilized in sales, payroll, operating and overhead expenses, incentive awards, and store performance measurement.
-Analyze cost structure, understand variances, and identify cost reduction ideas. Drive cash generation, and working capital initiatives.
-Ensure that reporting is accurate and timely following Corporate guidelines
-Implement, maintain systems of internal control to ensure compliance with Corporate Policies/ procedures
-Recommend, implement and maintain Credit Control procedures

You will have overall responsibility for the compilation, integrity and reporting of financial information across the region.

Package – 16K-20K plus Car
Alternately – 12-14K plus Acco – Unfurnished 1 Bedroom Apartment
