Accounting Job Title: Finance Manager

The Specialist Schools and Academies Trust (SSAT) are an independent, not-for–profit membership organisation dedicated to raising achievement in secondary education. The SSAT with its international arm iNet, acknowledged internationally as being at the forefront of raising standards in secondary education, is now working in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC) to help every student not just reach but exceed their potential in four UAE secondary schools. The schools are based in the oasis city of Al Ain and in order to support this high profile initiative, we are recruiting a number of positions across various functions to help drive this exciting new venture for The SSAT.

The role will involve management of all financial matters such as accounting, financial reporting and analysis, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting and management information. Furthermore this person will ensure compliance with company policy, UAE Government regulations and international best practices. This role will report into the Head of Operations.

Requirements:Qualified or Qualified by experience with a minimum of 5 years finance experience.

Excellant excel skills with good systems knowledge.

Strong communication skills.

Spoken Arabic and advantage.
