A multi national company is looking for an internal auditor. The ideal candidate has minimum 3 years experience as internal auditor and should be qualified chartered accountant. He is responsible for preparation of audit planning, audit programmes, independently handling audits, follow up and preparing report. Review, design, implementation of accounting and internal control systems. Carrying out fundamental financial analysis, review of business risk and controls. Ensuring compliance to international financial reporting standards. Have excellent problem solving, co-ordination skills. Preparing cash book, ledger account including finalization of accounts as per income tax rule and accounting standard. Determined the practical procedures and techniques to be used in the engagement. Supervised team engagements to see that professional standards are maintained. Performed research on engagement best practices and techniques. Assist the audit manager in evaluating overall results of the engagement. Maintained records and prepared reports on the administration of engagement projects. Planned and executed engagements in accordance with accepted standards. Obtained analyzed and evaluated information to support an objective conclusion. Made report for appropriate recommendations to improve operations and achieved objectives. Monitored and follow-up actions by management on audit findings and recommendations of audit financial statements, in accordance with international financial reporting standards.
