Job Title: Financial / Business Analyst
JOB OBJECTIVE:
The incumbent will act as a key resource for the Project Management Teams from the initial project analysis and feasibility stage including bidding processes to final investment analysis and execution phases. The input will include business and financial analysis such as financial structuring / modeling, budgeting and financing solutions for the project. The person will also be responsible for assisting with development of standardized business tools for Project Development.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description of Roles & Responsibilities
Financial Analysis Responsibilities:
In support of the project team, the incumbent will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
1. Review and prepare initial documentation analyzing market and value drivers of pipeline projects.
2. Develop in-depth understanding utilizing business and financial models to prepare project feasibilities, bid documents, and or concession agreements depending on situation.
3. Prepare and insure proper coordination for all legal and other internal documents required for bid submission; prepare business plans, BOD presentations and other internal documents for sign-off.
4. Liaise with financial institutions, tax advisors and other internal resources concerning financial restructuring, project financing, and other related documents
5. Assist in preparing leasing plans, phased development plans and financing schemes as required.
6. As required participate in project due diligence including meetings with officials and government liaison office.
7. Liaise with external consultants in relation to project development and bid submissions
8. As required, help with existing projects where financial restructuring, new financing schemes and business modelling is in order.

Management Consulting Responsibilities:
1. As required establish and maintain data on debit and credit policies in the regions where company has or is developing projects.
2. Provide as required project management support pertaining to budgeting, financial planning, cash-flow analysis and control systems, etc.
3. Ensure compliance will all local laws and local/international practices in terms of accounting, taxation, Legal and company issues.
4. As required, prepare financing schemes, investment proposals, debt consolidation relevant documents, interest analysis and acquire project insurance offers and agreements.
Administrative Responsibilities:
1. As required provide project support in developing financial documents and related analysis.
2. As required prepare statements of work and bid documents for tendering and follow through its award and contract management.

Internal: Management Consulting Team/ Business Development Team
External: Group Companies, Banks, financial institutions, project relevant contacts.

The job holder operates under the specific guidance of Sherene Hadi, Senior Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor degree in finance or related discipline, preference for project finance / management trained candidates.
Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 Years in service industry with at least 2 years in project finance.
